Conditions of Stay
We expect guests to be independent, self reliant and respectful of the Sanctuary. If you do require assistance or have special needs, please discuss with our team, who will be happy to help. We maintain the Rawfood Vegan Retreat aspects of our facility by giving attention to the following conditions:
Our Raw Vegan Life Sanctuary is to be kept free of animal food products, cooked food products, smoke, alcohol and drugs.
The Main Commercial Kitchen is for use by Management and Staff. The Garden Studio Kitchen includes a filtered water outlet and is accessible to Residential guests for casual self catering, while Non Residents can prepare raw food snacks by prior arrangement.
Please foster quiet and peaceful surroundings, refrain from the use of electronic devices and keep noise to a minimum after 8 pm.
Tidy common spaces, replace furniture in position, sort and recycle any rubbish into our recycling.
Children to be supervised, running is restricted, and the rainforest is out of bounds unless accompanied by an adult.
Please refrain from bringing dogs, cats or other pets onto the premises.
We attempt to avoid all packaging and packaged produce, and prefer guests to respect our approach to simple natural living; fruit is always welcomed, and composting collection is available. Thank you for your help: If in doubt, please ask.

Casual stays may be accommodated, however, we prefer you contact us prior to arrival. A Space Hire Agreement is available to Group Facilitators who may you wish to use our Studio or another part of the facility. A function ‘co- ordination fee’ may also be allocated for specific tasks, as negotiated on a case by case basis to meet group needs.
PaymentA 20% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with final payment due at time of arrival and check-in.
